2008 was the year of changes for Truth 103, with programming being affected the most. In 2008 we welcomed the arrival of new shows and said goodbye to shows no longer in production (no longer being aired) and it made for some schedule changes. There is still at least one new specialty show on the horizon for Truth 103. Until then, we still have a variety of music and non-music (teaching) programs.

Update: Fall 2007 (not a typo): Bible Teaching program by Presentation Ministries
Fr. Al Lauer (Presentation Ministries)'s 15-minute Bible teaching series on the New Testament
We began airing this program toward the end of May 2007. We have just the four Gospels (other Bible teachings were not available digitally at that time). Each Gospel takes four weeks to air. We ran each one once and then some.
If you heard them then and liked them, or if you did not hear them and think you would like to hear them, please email the program director, pd@...(see the previously mentioned e-mail address near the top of this page). It was a thought to air them to coincide with the Sunday readings at Mass. So for the 2007 church year that began Dec 2 (always the first Sunday of Advent), we would be in Year 1 or A of the 3-year cycle of readings, which means the Gospel Readings would come mostly from The Book of Matthew that church year. So every four weeks, you would hear about Matthew Chapter 1. Bible Teaching, like Daily Bread, is meant to be aired on weekdays and is approximately 15 minutes in length.

Three shows that feature rock; hip-hop; rap or a combination of those styles, debut on TRUTH 103! We often hear that one of the main reasons for listening to TRUTH 103 is for the variety of music we offer, and rock and hip-hop are some of your favorites. We heard you! With 2006 came three new ways for you to get your fill of rock and hip-hop several hours each weekend, in addition to the late night week nights of rock and hip-hop.
June 24, 2006:
The Z Rock Radio Revolution has begun! This one-hour rock countdown show can be heard each weekend on Truth 103! The show features the latest rock and hard rock music. Although it originally aired on a Saturday at 6p.m, prior to The Weekend 22, "The Z" now airs at 9p.m. Saturdays AND ALSO SUNDAYS (after The W22), as well as at 12MN (12AM) Saturdays and Sundays (following The Hype).
Mid-January 2006
Making A Difference (MAD) Radio Show comes to Truth 103. MAD Radio Show features tons of rock and even some hip hop and is hosted by Kristen McNulty. It currently airs Saturdays and Sundays at 1 A.M.
January 2006:
A hip-hop and rap show, known as The Vibe, debuts on Truth 103. Later this show became known as The Hype Radio Network (The Hype). The show itself did not change. The Hype is still hosted by "C-Dub" Chris Chicago, who continues to bring you 2 hours of "blazin' hip-hop and r & b". The Hype is currently part of our late night weekend programming, airing FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS from 10p.m.-12a.m. (12 MN).
Food For the Journey (FFTJ) with Sr. Ann Shields also airs on weekends Food For the Journey (FFTJ) with Sr. Ann Shields, which airs Monday through Friday at approximately 5:30 A.M. The show also airs various times on weekends (see below). On Fridays, she usually focuses on the Sunday readings. You can hear Sister discuss the opening prayer, psalm and Sunday readings on Saturdays and Sundays at approximately 4:30a.m (before the Divine Mercy Chaplet), as well as at 6AM and 8AM Saturdays and Sundays. Sr. Ann Shields believes there is a major disconnect in the lives of many Catholics: a separation between God’s word and its application to our personal/daily lives. Through teaching, stories and inspirational challenges, Sister Ann is able to reach listeners from North Africa on Catholic radio stations and as far away as China and Pakistan via the internet.
FFTJ is an approximately 15-minute program that currently airs at approximately 5:30a.m. every weekday. Each day on the program is different but a common theme often runs throughout the week. Sister Ann reads the Opening prayer and daily Scripture readings, while relating them to other readings and life experiences. Each Friday, Sister usually speaks on the readings for the following Sunday. (You can currently hear Friday's show again on Saturdays and Sundays at approximately 4:30a.m before the Divine Mercy Chaplet). The previous day's show airs first, followed by the current day's show, except for Monday, when the Friday edition of FFTJ airs at approximately 5 a.m. Each day of FOTE is different, but all 5 days tie together into a theme. The Making a Difference (MAD) Christian Radio Show
The Making A Difference (MAD) Christian Radio Show is a syndicated youth radio show that is broadcast around the world. The MAD Christian Radio Show is given free of charge to any radio station that wants to play it. The radio show is played in over twenty five markets and is truly Making A Difference in lives around the world. The show features the latest Christian youth music, contests that give away Christian resources, and an Impact Devotional about half way through every show.

Soul2Soul Radio International
Soul2Soul is an hour long weekend radio program featuring interviews with the top Christian artists and their music. Tune in to 103.3 FM in Bloomington or listen online early Saturday and Sunday mornings. S2S Radio also produces Soul2Soul Journal, a minute length daily feature with artist news and interview. Lino At Large (a project of Catholic Communication Campaign)
Lino At Large is "Catholic radio for 'Generation X'." This fast-paced half-hour weekly program geared toward young adult Catholics and non-Catholics explores the beauty, excitement, and challenges of being Catholic in today's world. Inspired by "Generation Cross," a widely-acclaimed Minneapolis-area cable television show that Rulli created and hosted for six years. LAL airs early Saturday and Sunday mornings on Truth 103.
Weekend 22
The Weekend 22 countdown show is the flagship product of www.ampedcreative.com airing on stations nationwide. The weekend 22 is the premiere weekly national syndicated countdown show counting down the top 22 songs of the week according to the R&R Christian CHR charts. The weekend 22 is endorsed by R&R magazine and given permission by them for use of the charts. The show features artist interviews and music news every week as they countdown the hottest Christian Hits of the week. The show is constantly moving from host Jgonzo to music news with KJ and the artists interviews. Each host has their own unique gifting and abilities that make the show distinctive and entertaining.
Truth 103 airs the 2-hour countdown every Saturday at 7p.m and again on Sundays at 7p.m.
The Hype (The Hype Radio Network), formerly known as The Vibe (THE VIBE RADIO NETWORK)
The Hype is your #1 source for Christian Hip-Hop and R&B. The Hype is produced by Ty Curtis and hosted by Chris Chicago. What started out as a local hip-hop show is now quickly becoming a worldwide phenomenon! It is formerly known as The Vibe Radio Network and was originally a weekly show aired on KLYT in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At the end of 2002, after much prayer, they decided to go in a new direction. Little did they know what GOD's plan would be for the show!
